Returns on Stock Items

We understand shopping online can sometimes be hard. Whilst we are confident you will love your Styled Sofa item/s, if for some reason you are unhappy, we will gladly offer a refund (less original shipping cost) with the following criteria being met:

The product was a Stock item and not a Custom Made order.

Your return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item.

Your item/s must be returned to The Styled Sofa, PO Box 3027 Cotham 3101 Victoria Australia in its original packaging, brand new, unused, undamaged and with its original tags still attached, in protective postal packaging, within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Returns of items that have the tags removed unfortunately cannot be accepted.

It's important to use the original packaging when returning items, to ensure they are not squashed or damaged in transit. Damaged items will not be refunded or exchanged. 

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.  

We are unable to offer free returns, therefore return postage must be covered by the buyer.

Please contact us at hello@thestyledsofa.com within 7 days of receiving your goods, to advise if you will be returning your goods and then please follow the above directions for return address.  Be sure to include your name and order number on your parcel so we can quickly identify you and speed up the refund process. 

We recommend using registered post or a trackable courier service to return your item, as we can not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us.  Please also note that the cost of shipping will not be reimbursed for change of mind returns.

 

Returns on Custom Made Orders

As these products are uniquely made to order, unfortunately no returns, exchanges or refunds can be issued on the basis of an incorrect customer order or change of mind.

We are unable to refund for any goods damaged through wear and tear.

Upon receipt of your delivery, please inspect the packaging and report any visible damage to the delivery company before they leave your premises, as visible damage indicates potential damage to the products. If damage to the products has occurred, the Customer is required to take clear, descriptive photos of both the damaged packaging and product and email them to us at hello@thestyledsofa within 3 days of delivery.  The Styled Sofa will contact the customer on receipt of the evidence of damage.

 

 

Refunds

If you've opted for a refund, your refund will be issued within 3 business days of us receiving your returned item/s. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been finalised. Refunds may take up to 5 days to appear in your account depending on your method of payment.

 

Damaged, Defective Or Incorrect Order

Quality is our priority at The Styled Sofa.  Your order is thoroughly checked by our QC team before being sent your way, and we do our best to ensure your item/s arrive in perfect condition. If for some reason you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email us at hello@thestyledsofa.com as soon as possible, with a photo of your item. Don’t forget to include your order number so we can support you as smoothly as possible.
