Shipping within Australia
Orders on stock items (not custom orders) will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard (metro) domestic orders will usually be delivered within 3-5 business days of being shipped - however please note some delays may occur due to the higher volume experienced by AusPost during this COVID period. Regional areas may take a little longer.
Express Post (AU) shipping on stock items only is available for a flat charge of $39.
Metro East Coast Australia - 1-2 Business Days, with the same COVID stipulation applying.
Regional - 2 business days as per AusPost, possibly 3 days if you're remote.
All parcels from The Styled Sofa will require a signature on delivery, unless you provide an authority to leave. You can opt to do this when you receive your tracking information from Australia Post.
Please note that The Styled Sofa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items
International Shipping
We use Australia Post International service for deliveries outside Australia. Please contact hello@thestyledsofa.com for an International Shipping quote. Note that packages to New Zealand are not included as International and are priced at Australian shipping rates. All packages are tracked and you will be provided email updates as your order is on its way.

Delivery times listed are estimates for delivery between metro areas of major cities and exclude any time in customs and delays due to reasons outside Australia Post's control.
We have found that International deliveries vary greatly depending on the destination country - this, unfortunately is out of our control. We ship to most locations worldwide - if you're unsure, please contact us at hello@thestyledsofa.com to see if we can ship to your location.
Please note that any items shipped internationally may be subject to local duties and taxes.
Are there delays due to COVID-19?
Sea freight, air freight and all carriers are at capacity, so all will continue to have delays. Please consider this when placing your order.

Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of AUD $19.00 on all orders posted within Australia and New Zealand.
Express Post (AU) shipping on stock items (not custom made orders) is available for a flat charge of AUD $39.00 on all orders posted within Australia. Express Post is not available on orders posted to New Zealand.
